Belated New Year Greetings - Public Relations, Press and Media liaison

Jean and I want to apologise to all our readers for the delay in wishing you all a very happy and prosperous new year! Since the turn of the year we have both been extremely busy engaged in our individual 'professional and corporate duties'.

Jean has now actually grabbed the chance of a winter break and has jetted off to the Caribbean. At this precise point in time she is on board a cruise ship floating around those beautiful azure blue seas. While I shiver in the winter gloom I hope that she is dreaming up the 'plot' for our follow up book! If she comes up with a suitable location to launch our next project I might have to go and check it out with her! Having spent a year working in Central America and the Caribbean I would take every opportunity to return.

Meanwhile down to earth and back in reality! I have been preparing an up to date presentation to accompany our book launch. In the last few months we have already given several such presentations to different groups and organisations with great success and the post presentation question and answer sessions were really good. To date the feedback has been excellent value and it would appear that most of our audiences are of like minded ideology. One visiting business director stated categorically that every company should make our book a 'must read' for all their staff.

I also intend to interest Central Television in a general interest story when our book is launched because they played a large part in our research phase for the theoretical television series in the book. We were treated like VIP's on our visit to ITV Headquarters, Gas Street in Birmingham and they asked us to keep them up to date with our progress. I also intend to write a press release on launch which will be directed to all our local media including press, radio, television and networking groups.
