Sinnett Jones Training - Business Initiative

Sinnett Jones Training (SJT) 'Business Initiative' helps companies see themselves through their customers eyes, in order to help the company maximise its true potential. The SJT 'ideology' and 'mission statement' is based on the principles of the 'University of Life' people and life skills projects, and this latest SJT initiative is in demand; the company  are working with local clients. The following memorandum explains the terms of reference of the inititive.

Sinnett Jones Training 'Business Services'
See your Company through your Customers eyes and 'Maximise your True Potential’

Sinnett Jones Training (SJT) is a small but exclusive company based in the Shrewsbury area. The directors are Jean Sinnett and David Jones, who are also the authors of ‘Living Your Dream Forever.’ This is a successful personal development publication concentrating on ‘people, life and workplace skills’ which is published by the International Publisher John Hunt Publishing and is available in all good bookshops worldwide. A follow up book with a further wide range of such skills is almost complete.

Jean is a very experienced local business lady who has owned several successful businesses and is qualified as an image, training and life coach consultant. David is a retired RAF Officer and has world wide aviation experience as aircrew and air traffic control, employed in the operational, training and examining roles.  He is now a PR and media consultant, helping to achieve a multi million pound turnover in his family’s extremely successful Shropshire based company.

The most successful businesses recognise the fact that excellent customer service and company image is paramount. To help your company achieve its maximum potential SJT operate a ‘Business Troubleshooting Initiative.’ The aim is to increase company sales, marketing and growth potential by means of an ‘in depth’ research of the company customer service and relevant operating procedures, and then recommending any corrective measures to achieve that aim. SJT procedures are straight forward and expeditious. Following an initial interview with management and then carrying out an ‘in house’ company research, SJT will provide management with a detailed list of recommendations for their consideration. Management may then choose to implement the recommendations internally or instruct SJT to carry out any of the corrective measures they deem fit. Jean and David do point out however, that in their own experience, any such recommended changes or actions, especially with regard to staff ‘terms of reference,’ require a diplomatic as well as psychological approach in order to achieve the correct motivational attitude of the staff themselves; when motivated in the right way the staff will realise that the changes are essential for both the company and their own career aspirations.  Jean and David are consummate professionals who regard any such ‘adaptive business environmental skills’ as mandatory, especially when dealing with any person in the workplace.

During the research phase SJT will look at the business first point of contact(s), company image, time management and delegation, personal service, personal appearance and dress standards, telephone manner, teamwork and many other aspects of the business and work place environment. All comments and written material will of course be subject to total confidence and ‘management eyes only.’ SJT always act in an extremely unobtrusive and friendly way during all phases of their procedures. They pride themselves on their ability to achieve the tasked objectives in a diplomatic manner. David highlights his extensive experience as a training manager and examiner in a multi tasking, tense aviation career environment, as an excellent example of such skills, while Jean can recount her business experience which spans over 30 years and her ‘life coaching’ and ‘presentation skills.’

Jean and David’s book ‘Living Your Dream Forever’ includes many essential personal and work place skills. Chapter titles include Confidence, Image, Communicating, Self Motivation, Presentation Skills, Etiquette and Coaching. As a realistic consolidation and to teach the value of this important subject matter, the authors have created a unique theoretical television programme at the end of the book; technical research was hosted by GMTV. A very successful initial book launch was held at Waterstones bookstore in Shrewsbury and the publication can be viewed as a snapshot at amazon.co.uk books or via Google search. Sally Bunn’s review of the book for the West Midlands press is excellent. SJT full profile is available at www.jeansinnett,co,uk or, again, via Google search.
